I heard 'Pretty Fly for a White Guy' on the radio the other day. Is there a worse song in the history of man kind? This song sucks so much balls it is almost unfathomable. Sure, there are a whole lot of crappy songs out there. Pick any offering from the Backstreet Boys, Creed or Nickleback and they too could be in the running as the worst song in the world.  But what makes PFFAWG  rise to the top of the shit pile is the fact that the Offspring used to be quite rad. The Offspring was a legit awesome So-Cal punk band, they rocked hard.  Ignition and Smash are two fantastic albums. What the hell Offspring? One day they just woke up and said "I want a Mansion" and proceeded to write PFFAWG, this horrible steaming pile of shit.  It is expected that as bands progress in their careers that their sound will change and evolve. This was not the case with PFFAWG, the Offspring clearly just wanted to write a commercial hit to make some dough. There is absolutely nothing good about this song. It sucks, it just sucks. I wish I had a better grasp of the English language so that I could better articulate the horribleness of this song.  It's kinda like how Brittany Spears used to be smoking hot, then she just let herself go. It's okay to be ugly, there are a lot of ugly people out there. But when you used to be hot as hell and then just give up on the hotness and get ugly, that is just not right and that makes the ugliness so  much worse. Catch my drift? Okay, lets move on.

So I've decided to resurrect my twitter career. Round 2 of twitter is going much better than round 1. Twitter is actually kinda fun. I'm becoming somewhat of a social networking whore, but I'm okay with that.

What else do we have going on. Want a little running update? Well here it is.  I've decided not to do the half champs in Montreal. I'm not 100% healthy and I'm only 50% fit. I don't think it would be a smart idea to even try it. Kinda lame, but there are much more important things to worry about and focus on. Reider will go in there and represent the river quite well I'm sure, he's pretty good. The good news is that I am back to running everyday.  Gotta give a shout out to Brenda Scott-Thomas here, she has done a great job in helping me progress through this annoying little set back. Brenda is a top notch physio. Thanks Brenda!

Some more shout outs; Congrats to Gilly Boy for defending his Harry Spring Run-Off title, he pretty much dominated everyone else in that park.

Shout out to the young lads of UNC doing solid work on the track. Those guys are lighting it up so far this season. Issac rocked a 3:42 this past weekend in Florida! Nice job coach Pete. Keep those kids rolling. The more the idiots in LetsRun bash, the better you know you are. Seriously is there a bigger bunch dummies in the world than the peanut gallery on the Letsrun message board? Sure there are some good topics and some very informative posters, but eventually some dumbass will come and ruin it.  There are just some small, bitter folks out there who will  try to undermine everything. Galen Rupp just rocks a 60min half...yeah but he wore a weird looking mask, so therefore he sucks. Seriously!? People on LetsRun were actually coming up with bad shit to say about Solinsky after he ran 26:59, are you friggen kidding me! gah!
